We offer customizable, one-on-one pet sitting in your home or ours. We tailor everything to your pet’s needs.

We specialize in special-needs and medically complex pets, but we take the normies as well!

For starters, we’re insured and highly reputable. In fact, we were voted “Best Pet Sitters in Round Rock.”

Most notably, our owner is trained in veterinary medicine and now dedicates all her time to caring for pets who need extra comfort and care. She has a decade of hands-on experience working with pets of all ages and personalities. With her oversight, we are equipped to handle pets with medical and behavioral needs.

Additionally, we maintain a close relationship with a local emergency vet who is on call should any situation arise in which the your veterinarian is not available (with owner’s discretion).

Base rate is $85/day ($102 on holidays). Multi-dog and long-stay discounts apply. Cats are stay free when a dog stay is booked.

First, we contact you. In the event you are unreachable, we reach out to your designated emergency contact.

Whenever possible, we will utilize your personal veterinarian. In the event an emergency arises and you are unreachable, we use FireHouse Veterinary Hospital (Louis Henna Blvd).

To confirm an overnight booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total stay rate is required to reserve the service dates. Once a booking has been confirmed, no other clients are able to book during that time. Therefore, no refunds or service credits will be issued.

Additionally, for changes or cancellations made 14 days before your booking, you be responsible for 50% of the remaining balance. (Your deposit will be applied, and the remaining portion will be invoiced). For changes or cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking, the full balance will be due, as your spot has been fully reserved and cannot be rebooked on short notice.

The remaining balance is due upon pickup.

Your home or ours. There is no price difference, just whatever your pet prefers. For stays in our home, we are equipped for all sizes and breeds with an enclosed outdoor living room, patio and fenced backyard. House is equipped for dogs with mobility challenges, including ramps and traction mats. See photos on “Pet Sitting” page.

We get it. We’ve each passed a background check and are insured. We’re happy to provide a driver’s license and references for extra comfort.
