  • Our owner is not a practicing, licensed veterinarian. However, she is clinically trained in veterinary medicine with a degree from St. Mathews University and has years of hands-on experience working with pets of all ages and personalities. With her oversight, we are equipped to handle pets with medical and behavioral needs. She maintains a close relationship with a reputable, licensed emergency veterinarian should any situation arise in which the your veterinarian is not available with owner’s discretion.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.

  • First, we contact you. In the event you are unreachable, we contact your designated emergency contact. Whenever possible, we will utilize your personal veterinarian. In the event an emergency arises and you are unreachable, we use FireHouse Veterinary Hospital (** talk to Garza about this).

  • To confirm an overnight booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total stay rate is required to reserve the service dates. Once a booking has been confirmed, no other clients are able to book during that time. Therefore, no refunds or service credits will be issued.

    Additionally, for changes or cancellations made 14 days before your booking, you be responsible for 50% of the remaining balance. (Your deposit will be applied, and the remaining portion will be invoiced). For changes or cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking, the full balance will be due, as your spot has been fully reserved and cannot be rebooked on short notice.

    The remaining balance is due upon pickup.

  • Your home or ours. There is no price difference, just whatever your pet prefers. For stays in our home, we are equipped for all sizes and breeds with an enclosed outdoor living room, patio and fenced backyard. House is equipped for dogs with mobility challenges, including ramps and traction mats. See photo collage.
