Return & Exchange Policy
We want you (and your pup!) to absolutely love your purchase. If something's not quite right, here's how we can help:
✅ Returns & Exchanges Accepted
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items worn or used. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value to be deducted from refund.
Refunds will be processed to original payment method within 5-7 business of delivery of returned item.

Bandanas and custom cowboy hats are handmade to order, meaning every piece is slightly unique — just like your dog.
