Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your pup!) to absolutely love your purchase. If something's not quite right, here's how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges Accepted

Contact us within: 30 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 60 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items worn or used. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value to be deducted from refund.

Refunds will be processed to original payment method within 5-7 business of delivery of returned item.

Return & Exchange Policy of handmade, Custom products

Because some items are handmade and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is something wrong with your order, please email us directly at customerservice@freakndogmoms.com. We'll work with you to make it right!
