Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Freak’N Dog Moms! We want to get your dog mom gear into your hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Processing vs. Shipping Times

Please note that Processing Time (the time we need to prepare or make your item) and Shipping Time (the time the carrier takes to deliver it) are two separate timelines.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-custom items are packed and dropped off at the carrier within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because these items are uniquely crafted just for you, they require a production lead time of 5–14 business days before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

📦 Important Note on Mixed Orders

If your order contains a combination of both Ready-to-Ship and Custom/Made-to-Order items, your entire order will ship together once the custom items are complete. If you prefer to receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place two separate orders.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on your location.

Please remember that choosing Expedited Shipping speeds up the transit time with the carrier, but it does not bypass the necessary production time required for custom made-to-order items.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is scanned by the shipping carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

  • If you have an account with us, you can also view your tracking details under your order history.

4. Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process.

  • We ship directly to the address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the item.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your tracking info says your package was delivered but you can't find it, or if it arrives damaged:

  • Check with neighbors or your local mail carrier first—packages are frequently marked as "delivered" a day before they actually show up.

  • If your order arrives physically damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items immediately.

  • Contact us at customerservice@freakndog-moms.com within 14 days of the delivery date so we can help you file a claim or figure out a solution.
